Q: How long will it take me to complete the profile?
A: You should allot for approximately 45-60 minutes to complete a profile
Q: What do I do if I run into trouble while trying to complete the profile?
A: If you run into any problems, once you have entered your authorization code into the system, simply click on the HELP DESK link at the top of the screen and search for the question that matches the problem you are experiencing, and the solution will be provided.
