Please be sure you are accessing the correct profile as your username and password will not work with any profile other than the one you are registered for.
Q: What do I do if I run into trouble while trying to administer my account?
A: Once you have logged in (entered your user name and password) and you run into any problems, simply click on the HELP DESK link at the top of the screen and search for the question that matches the problem you are experiencing, and the solution will be provided.
Q: Did you forget your user name and password?
A: Email the following information to info@bertabanks.com:
- Your full name
- Profile Name
- Company Name
We will email you back your user name and password.
Need to register to begin using Online Assessments? Please contact info@bertabanks.com and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities of introducing Online Assessments to your organization.
Need to set up an additional account? If your company is already registered and you wish to set-up an additional account (sub-account), please contact your organization's Online Assessment administrator.
